James L. Pero owns and operates A Tech Investigation Services, Inc. Since 1983 Jim has managed thousands of personal and corporate investigation cases and has conducted hundreds of large-scale undercover operations. He was co-founder of Trace Investigation Services where he worked for 17 years. Mr. Pero has also worked in the retail industry as a Director of Security for a major retail chain. Throughout his career, he has also performed executive protection services for celebrities such as Frank Sinatra, Elizabeth Taylor, the Cast of Cheers (including John Ratzenberger) and numerous others. Mr. Pero has been featured in the Providence Journal, Boston Magazine, and on Channel's 5 and 25 for current cases.
Barry Barros attended University of Massachusetts (Lowell) for Criminal Justice and began his career working with Dunbar Armored car services. His responsibilities were sales, investigations & protection of assets.
Barry Barros was then hired in 2001 by Trace Investigation Services as an account executive, managing the daily functions which entailed being in charge of investigators and sales for the MA, NH, RI & FL offices. He has conducted missing persons, background checks, asset checks, surveillance and other investigations. Barry has managed hundreds of surveillance cases including insurance, corporations & personal matters.
Barry has since been the Director of Operations at A Tech Investigation since 2006, which he manages all of the investigators and daily operations for each case that is performed at the agency in MA, NH, RI, CT & ME. Barry is also a licensed Private Investigator and Constable in Massachusetts.
Steven Soule began his federal law enforcement and investigative career with the United States Air Force Police in 1982. He rose upon the ranks and became a Police Chief and received three honorable discharges from the active duty, air guard and air reserve. In 1985 he graduated from college with a degree in criminal justice. He joined civilian law enforcement in 1987. He conducted hundreds of federal, state, and county criminal and internal investigations which involved missing persons, video and vehicular surveillance, thefts, obtained statements, conducted asset searches, background checks, shootings, workers compensation investigations, records investigations, domestic custody investigations etc. In 1991 he served during Desert Storm and protected President Bush while he visited numerous Air Force bases in the United States. In 2005 Steven retired from one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the country. Steven then became the Director of Investigations for a large insurance corporation. Steven is the Director of Sales and liaison with all corporate clients at A Tech Investigation Services. |
